Registration FEE

Registration fee COVERS the conference proceedings, refreshments and lunches all three days, conference and farewell dinner, reception on the first day, and excursion on the second day.

All authors of presenting papers during the conference are required to register. If a paper has more than one author, at least one of the authors is required to complete registration. Each registered author may present a MAXIMUM of TWO papers during the conference.

Type C applies to those delegates from sponsoring organization. Please check with your organization if your organization is a sponsor for the conference.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing before 31 May, 2025 and all refunds are subject to USD 30 administration fee. No refunds issued after the calcellation due date.
